WHAT COOKIES ARE

RICERCA CHIMICA SRL website (the “Site”) uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient to users. The Site does not use profiling cookies, used by the Site manager or third-parties.

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data will be processed by Data Protection Officer for the above mentioned purposes for the time period necessary to fullfil the purposes described in the Cookie policy. In particular, they will be processed for a minimum necessary period of time, as indicated in article 39 of Regulation that means until the data subject’s opposition to the processing and/or withdrawal of consent if requested.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects whose processed data belongs to, enjoy the rights of articles 15,16,17,18 of G.D.P.R. (access with confirmation of personal data processing; rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing where the conditions apply).
The user concerned has the right to object the processing of his personal data, in any case, for legitimate reasons.
